Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are based on USPS and will be calculated and displayed at checkout

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Ground Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Packaging & Fragile Item Protection

Because many of our products are breakable, we take extra care to ensure safe delivery:

  • Items are wrapped with protective padding.

  • Multi-item orders may ship in multiple boxes to reduce risk of damage.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses whenever possible. Some oversized items may not qualify for these destinations.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.
Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  4. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with a carrier claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you need to modify your address, contact us immediately—changes may not be possible once an order is processed.
